The upgrade feature allows the user to switch from constant regulated voltage to battery output voltage.
When set as constant voltage output mode, the device gives a constant 3.3V (under load)similar to a normal eGo-T battery.
The other option is a variable voltage output mode. when used in this mode, the voltage will change from 4.15V to 3.6V as the lithium battery power decreases. The higher voltage will give you a stringer and warmer vape.
Constant voltage will fire with a white LED button.
Variable Power will fire with a orange LED button.
From either setting the device is in you can change modes by just following these simple instructions.
1. Turn the device off by clicking the button 5 times within 2 seconds (LED will blink three times).
2. Once off click and hold the button for 5 seconds (LED will blink to notify you the change has occurred).
3. Turn the device back on by clicking the button 5 times within 2 seconds (LED will blink three times).
When applied to the charger the LED will blink 5 times in the LED color of the mode the unit is currently set at.
