Delaware Vapor is here for you if you are having a problem. If you experience any trouble with your items, please contact us as soon as possible. Often times we can resolve many questions with a few simple fixes before finding that the product needs to be returned. If the part is found to be defective, and is in original physical condition as you received it, we will issue an RMA # and replace it per the outlined terms below.
If we sent you the wrong item(s) we will send you the correct item(s) at our cost and also pay to return the incorrect item(s).
There are no refunds on any products for any reason. We believe most customers know what they are intending to purchase before they buy it. If you are not sure what to purchase, or have any questions about the items listed on our site, please contact us before purchasing.
*Modifying, retrofitting, tampering or dis-assembly of any battery and or device, will void the warranty.
Items covered under a DOA warranty only, and otherwise not covered due to: 1)These items are considered consumable or "wear" items 2)Health and safety
E-Liquid and e-liquid related accessories Cartridges Cartomizers Clearomizers Atomizers Threaded connections (i.e. 510,808, 901, eGo, etc.)
Smoov hardware products are covered by a 90 day manufacture warranty, excluding consumable or "wear" items, (i.e. cartomizers and clearomizers, etc.)
All other items unless otherwise noted, are covered by our 14 day replacement warranty:
The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. Please do not ask us to replace an item that has been damaged, abused, or used improperly.
All items must be shipped back to us at buyers expensive before any warranty replacements will be sent. There are NO exceptions unless we mistakenly sent you the wrong item(s). We apologize for this inconvenience, but we have sent replacement parts to many people and never received the defective items back. If the item returned is not defective, we will notify you via email. We will not send a replacement or return the item to you. If you purchase a new item we will gladly send the inspected product to you with that order.
If you are an existing customer with a previous business history of 3 or more orders with us, we will then send out advance replacement parts. We MAY still ask that you return the bad ones to us. Often we will include a pre-paid return label so it's very simple to return defective items.
All replacement parts will be sent by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need the item any faster than that we can make arrangements, but you will need to pay for the additional shipping costs. Please us the “Contact Us” page to submit your warranty request.
