Delaware Vapor is here for you if you are having a problem. If you experience any trouble with your items, please contact us as soon as possible. Often times we can resolve many questions with a few simple fixes before finding that the product needs to be returned. If the part is found to be defective, and is in original physical condition as you received it, we will issue an RMA # and replace it per the outlined terms below.
If we sent you the wrong item(s) we will send you the correct item(s) at our cost and also pay to return the incorrect item(s).
There are no refunds on any products for any reason. We believe most customers know what they are intending to purchase before they buy it. If you are not sure what to purchase, or have any questions about the items listed on our site, please contact us before purchasing.
*Modifying, retrofitting, tampering or dis-assembly of any battery and or device, will void the warranty.

Parts for Rebuildable Atomizers
Due to personal tastes and preferences, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on eliquids. If you feel a liquid is not mixed properly we will have you ship the liquid back to us for testing. If a problem is found with the liquid, we will replace it with a new bottle of the same flavor.
Smoov hardware products are covered by a 90 day manufacture warranty, excluding consumable or "wear" items, (i.e. cartomizers and clearomizers, etc.)
All other items unless otherwise noted, are covered by our 14 day replacement warranty:
The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. Please do not ask us to replace an item that has been damaged, abused, or used improperly.
All items must be shipped back to us at buyers expensive before any warranty replacements will be sent. There are NO exceptions unless we mistakenly sent you the wrong item(s). We apologize for this inconvenience, but we have sent replacement parts to many people and never received the defective items back. If the item returned is not defective, we will notify you via email. We will not send a replacement or return the item to you. If you purchase a new item we will gladly send the inspected product to you with that order.
All replacement parts will be sent by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need the item any faster than that we can make arrangements, but you will need to pay for the additional shipping costs.

All authentic products are sold “AS-IS”, with no warranties
expressed nor implied and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received
by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival). Customers must notify us within 24
hours of receiving their defective product in order to start a return process.
For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we do not accept
returns of mechanical mods, rebuildable atomizers or parts for either.
Some products will have minor flaws and this
is to be expected during the manufacturing process. Small nicks or polishing
scratches are common on many of the products other companies sell as well as
the ones we sell. The only time we can accept a return or exchange of an item
is if it is defective (non-functional) or damaged from shipping. Customers who
try to return cloned items as authentic (items not purchased from us, and not
made by the manufacturers we support), will have those items returned to them
at their cost, and those customers will no longer be allowed
to purchase any items through our website as
the issue will be treated as fraud. Items damaged due to user error, are never
covered under warranty by us, Delaware Vapor LLC or the manufacturers of the
